CURV is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM–6 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM–8 PM.
We are closed on Sundays.

Booking & Care Guidelines
At CURV Body Lounge, each appointment is intentionally reserved to create a calm, personalized, and elevated experience. The following guidelines help us honor our guests, our providers, and the care we thoughtfully offer.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments are reserved specifically for you. Booking a service—online or in person—confirms your agreement to the following Booking & Care Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all services, including membership
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service value.

Same-day reschedules are treated as late cancellations and will be charged 50% of the service value.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

Membership appointments follow the same guidelines.
This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and maintain availability for all guests.
We understand that unexpected situations, including illness or family emergencies, can arise. While our guidelines are applied consistently, we always strive to approach genuine emergencies with care and discretion.
Late Arrivals
To maintain a seamless flow for all scheduled guests:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next appointment.

Full service pricing still applies.

Arrivals that significantly impact the schedule may require rescheduling and will fall under our cancellation guidelines.
Membership Guidelines

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Unused sessions roll over while the membership remains active.

Memberships may be paused for up to two (2) consecutive months.

A 30-day notice is required to cancel a membership.

Missed or late-canceled membership appointments follow standard cancellation guidelines.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Guests must disclose relevant medical conditions prior to their session.

Consultation with a healthcare provider is encouraged when appropriate.
Studio Environment
To preserve a calm, restorative, and elevated experience for all guests:

Please silence mobile devices upon arrival.

Only scheduled guests are permitted in treatment areas.

Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless approved in advance.
Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

All major forms of payment are accepted.
